Advanced notification by e-mail (HCRegistrar@aol.com) to the registrar is required for all cancellations. If notification is not provided, scheduled attendance to the next DE event will be forfeited.

Refunds and/or credit toward another DE event will not be granted for cancellations that are received by the registrar less than two weeks prior to the event.

Refunds and/or credit toward another DE event will not be granted for a stopped event once a car has been on
the track.

Consideration for a refund and/or credit toward another DE event will not be granted for "no-shows" unless the event was cancelled by the track or HCP prior to the day of the event.

For an event cancelled by HCP or the track, refunds and/or credit toward another DE event may be granted, at the Board of Directors discretion, when an event is not started or the event is cancelled either by the track or HCP prior to the start of the event. (This only applies to those who show up at the event.)

If a minor (under 18) is attending any DE event BOTH parents must sign the minor waiver form.

Applications will not be accepted by signature required delivery, metered mail, email or fax.
All applications must be accompanied by a check to gain entry into the event.

Checks should be made payable to Hudson Champlain Region PCA. Please provide separate registration form and checks for each event.

An updated tech form for the 2008 season has been posted to the Tech Form page of this website. You must use this new tech form, previous forms will not be accepted.
